Contract terms

Minimum period of hire is a 24 month contract. Available to persons aged 18 and over, subject to status (except students) and installation conditions. Specifications may change and subject to availability. Rental payment is one month in advance and for new customers only, a one off £20 administration charge.

Rentals prices quoted are inclusive of VAT @ 20%, payments are made by direct debit, a surcharge of £1 per month is applicable for other payment methods.

Goods must be covered by the householders contents insurance.



Smart TV services require a broadband connection.

Service

If you are having problems with your goods simply call 01628 481002 or 07843 851350 where a service call will be booked for you.

If the problem cannot be fixed on site you will be left with a temporary replacement item while your goods are attended to at the service centre.
